Admissions Process
All new families will begin the admissions process with a tour. You will have an opportunity to meet the office admin team and will be given an opportunity to ask questions. If you wish to continue the admissions process, you will schedule a shadowing day (grades 1 and up) and assessment rising (K5 and older). All students in grades K5 and up must have an academic evaluation prior to enrollment. The fee for this evaluation is $35 (nonrefundable) and must be paid at the time of the appointment by cash (preferred) or check. This year, all shadowing days and evaluations will be done on or after March 18, 2024. The evaluation will typically be combined with a 'shadowing' day. Younger students typically shadow for a half day and older students are scheduled for a full day. The admissions process can take as little as one week and as long as 3 weeks.
Once the evaluation and shadowing are complete, the student's admission paperwork will be processed and if applicable, approved. At this time, the parent/guardian will be provided important information regarding completion of the admissions process and financial arrangements.
