Admissions Process

All new families will have an introductory interview with an administrator. This meeting may include a tour of the facilities. Any new student seeking enrollment for Kindergarten through the 12th grade must have an academic evaluation prior to enrollment. The fee for this evaluation is $35 (nonrefundable) and must be paid at the time of the appointment by cash or cashier's check. The evaluation may be combined with a 'shadowing' day. Younger students typically shadow for a half day, and older students are scheduled for a full day. The admissions process can take as little as one week and as long as 3 weeks.

Once  the evaluation and shadowing are complete, the student's admission paperwork will be  processed and if applicable, approved. At this time, the parent/guardian will be provided important information regarding completion of the admissions process and financial arrangements.

Bethlehem  Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admission policies, financial aid programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs. We do reserve the right to deny admission to any student whose academic needs require resources we do not have available at Bethlehem Christian Academy or whose lifestyle or sincerely held beliefs are not in harmony with the school’s published philosophy or statement of faith.
